In the upper area of Vedat in Torrente, we find this traditional establishment founded in 1932 among pine groves. El Romeral is a restaurant with an extensive history. It also includes a banquet hall that has hosted some of the most influential celebrations and weddings in the Valencian society. All of their rice dishes receive recognition from the clientele, including their rice with broth, the “arròs a banda” (rice cooked in seafood broth), “arroz negro” (rice blackened with squid ink), or its prestigious Valencian Paella cooked over a wood fire.
