PUIG MOLA

A family restaurant built in the middle of the 20th century that offers one of the most spectacular views of the La Safor region. The rugged environment of Puig Mola can be enjoyed from a terrace with a swimming pool in the summer or from the cozy interior space the rest of the year. If you want to try their specialty, firewood paellas with “pilotetes” (mini-meatballs) and artichokes, you should make a reservation in advance. Before or after a good paella, you can also practice a little archaeological tourism with a visit to the cave of Parpalló.
