Since 1968, three generations of the Vidal family have been promoting Valencian Paella´s values and culture worldwide. Their success is guaranteed, given the fact that they have even had the honor of serving paellas at the Spanish Royal House receptions. Rafael Vidal´s close ties with José Andrés have given him the opportunity of taking his paellas overseas, where he has cooked paellas for the well- known media chef in the cities of Las Vegas and Washington, D.C. Nowadays, the Vidal family manages two restaurants where they carefully prepare paellas according to the traditional recipe.
