On the outskirts of El Palmar, next to the “Carrera de la Reina” canal, we find this establishment founded in 1982. It is considered to be one of the most prestigious restaurants in this village thanks to the skillful culinary arts of Isabel and Silvia and the impeccable service provided by Jaume, the well-versed disciple of the eternal José Luis. Recommendable year round, it is especially interesting to visit when the neighboring rice fields are flooded. Eating a paella while being surrounded by these spectacular views is certainly food for the soul.
