Hermanos Navarro

The Navarro family is an institution in the catering sector of Castellon. From its initial stages in the town Sueras to the Bar La Amistad in Onda, this family became very well-known thanks to the culinary expertise of Dolores Garcia. Her sons, Salvador and Juan Carlos, now carry on the family tradition and passion for cooking. They use 30 tons of orange wood each year to cook their paellas, whose abundance of vegetables and snails follows their mother´s traditional paella recipe.
