With more than 50 years of experience in cooking paellas over firewood, Casa Clemencia is one of the exclusive restaurants pertaining to Cap i Casal where paellas are cooked over firewood. Located on Primado Reig since 1984, Victor Frances is now in charge of the paellas and their equipment, including the kitchen and its wood fires: a sixteen-meter cooking area large enough to feed the 270 guests that can accommodate this restaurant´s more-than- ample dining room.
