Casa Carmela

Housed in a privileged location on the Malvarosa beach and very near the house of the author Vicente Blasco Ibañez, this restaurant has been a benchmark for paellas cooked over firewood since 1922. Frequented by local guests, its clientele is extremely demanding. The host, Toni Novo, is just as rigorous in his exquisite selection of first rate products to elaborate his rice dishes cooked over a wood fire.
