In the heart of the Ribera Alta region, we find this family bar-restaurant run by Ladio, the cook and alma mater. The sweet aroma of the muscatel grape permeates the atmosphere. The establishment is surrounded by the grape vines that are used for making mistela wine, the main engine of Llombay. Beginning in the morning, the guests can enjoy traditional lunches of local sausages and grilled meats. At midday, the protagonists become the exquisite paellas and rice dishes cooked over firewood, both of which are almost always the main dish of their excellent daily menu.
